A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package is picked up by the carrier.

What are the delivery times?

Orders are shipped within 24 hours (business days). Delivery in metropolitan France generally takes 2 to 4 business days.

Do you deliver outside France?

Yes, we deliver throughout the European Union. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, please contact us beforehand via the contact form.

Is delivery free?

Free delivery is available from a certain order amount. Shipping costs are clearly indicated during payment.

What is Ube powder?

Ube is a purple yam native to the Philippines, used in drinks, desserts, and pastries. Our powder is 100% pure, organic, and artisanal, with no additives or colorants.

How to use Ube powder?

It easily incorporates into your lattes, smoothies, cakes, ice creams, or porridges. Use 1 to 2 teaspoons per serving. Find our recipes on the blog.

How to store Ube powder?

Store it in a cool, dry place, away from light and humidity. Once opened, reseal the bag tightly and consume within 3 months.

Can I return a product?

Due to the food nature of our products, returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. Contact us within 48 hours with a photo via the contact form.

When will I be refunded?

In the event of an accepted return, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
